All products are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatching, any returned goods must be unworn, unused and be in its original re-sellable condition. Please note we only accept exchanges on size of the same item purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please kindly place a new order.

Procedure

• Please contact customer support (hello@eightynineninety.com) within 7 days of receiving the products
• Please note that returning of the products after 7 days will not be accepted.
• Refund will be made in case the same item is out of stock
• All sales for discounted and customised items are final.

Buyers are responsible for the return package until it safely arrives at our address. Please note the cost of shipping of your return will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Charges & Fees: 

We offer free international shipping for order above US$300.

For orders below US$300, please find countries and rate of shipment in the table below:

Please note international shipment may be subject to local import taxes/tariffs, which are buyers' responsibility when they apply. The import taxes are not included in the above shipping charges.
